Fly on top of the smaller sky scraper with the helipad that has the 3 circular sides on it, then from there fly over to the IAA building, then from there drive up the pyramid glass roof thing and to the top of maze bank!

Thats the best way ive found to do it so far!

Might give it a try myself when i get a taste for GTA again. Bored of it atm
