So, in an Oilers fan, was really impressed with the outcome of last season, a very good feeling they will make it even farther this up coming season, new players, different chemistry, it's gonna be a good season
Post what your favourite team is and where you think they will finish in the playoffs or if you think they will even make it
Here are my predictions:
Top team in each conference
Atlantic- Senators
Metropolitan- Penguins
Central- Predators
Pacific- Oilers
Conference finalists:
Eastern- Penguins Vs Rangers
Western- Predators Vs Oilers
Stanley cup finals : Oilers Vs Rangers

I could see that as a final if Washington can make it past the first or second round

WxQv wroteAfter the shitshow of last season, with the whole Ovechkin problem, I wouldn't doubt if they made it this year even though they lost Schmidt, Alzner, and Williams. It seems that's how teams like the Caps work. They'll surprise you when it's least expected. Tampa is my wildcard though.Savitar wrote Sharks; probably and most likely will makes the playoffs, tough to call the rest

I agree I think the caps could come with a bang this year, a lot of teams surprised me last year, with the expansion and stuff now, I can't wait to see what all happens

WxQv wroteYeah, expansions are always better imo. Makes teams more interesting. Vegas doesn't look half bad either with Fleury, Neal, etc.Savitar wroteWxQv wroteAfter the shitshow of last season, with the whole Ovechkin problem, I wouldn't doubt if they made it this year even though they lost Schmidt, Alzner, and Williams. i don't see them advancing all the way. its like the caps being at the top of the metro but not making it to the eastern finals 2 years straight. i don't think they're equipped enough to make that far of a run yet

Busolini wroteMaybe, but I'd say McDavid with a decent supporting cast can pretty much do anything.Savitar wroteBusolini wrote wings fan here, but I'm a realistic so i won't even put them in hereYou put Oilers at top of Pacific but yet they aren't even in the conference finals? What? lol
