Once a hawk always a hawk! Not a huge Arkansas fan have never liked the Woo Pig Sooie thing or Bielema hahaha. Plus being a Hawkeye fan I obviously can't stand Paul Rhoads lolol. They return Austin Allen at QB and Whaley at RB which is huge for that offense. Defense could be a question mark. They struggled last year and don't return much. Will likely reach a bowl game but don't think they are ready to compete in the SEC West. Allen could be one of the better QB's in the country. Will be in a lot of high scoring games this year the question is can they win them.

Yes sir you know it! Bielema I definitely have mixed feelings about, I am not sure he is right for this team. We always seem to start the first half so well and the 2nd half they always come back and win. I am a college student at Arkansas and it is very aggravating lol I think Austin Allen really makes this team but our defense is just ridiculous. Not going to lie I would love to see Iowa and Arkansas play! Do you remember James Vandenberg?

Of course... I try not to tho lol. He had a great arm but he was so indecisive and had no mobility. Any time there was pressure he would just take a sack. It was I'm really frustrating. It would be a very interesting game for sure. Pretty similar playing styles. I would take Arkansas this year because I don't think Iowa could score enough to win.

He did have a good arm and I agree with you. I was just curious because I knew him and his family personally I went to school with his younger brother. I think so, they are both very unpredictable lol I don't know if I would put money on either team! If i remember correctly Bielema played under Ferentz or played for Iowa. Not sure which

I think he played under Hayden Fry, but I know they coached together! And Vandy was a freak in high school. Played at Keokuk if I remember right and broke almost every record there is to break. I think he would have been a stud if he had confidence out there. He always looked like he didn't know what to do or who to throw to, but when he was on he threw a pretty ball

Alabama and a it's pretty easy decision

Cant disagree, but I thought the same thing last year to that is why i am skeptical this year. No doubt they will be the heavy favorite coming into the season

Yes he did, they won the state champion in 07 if I remember correctly. That is where I went to school and its hard to believe they actually won because every year after that we sucked lol I think you are right, maybe the pressure just ended up getting to him! I do wish he would have gotten a shot at the NFL, not sure how he would of done but would be awesome to see such a small town family friend make it to something like that.

Who will be this years sleeper team for the playoff?

I mentioned it another forum but I think it's Penn State. Returning McSorley and Barkley on offense will make them one of the most dangerous in the country. Tough division this year so they have opportunities for big wins if they were to lose a game. I think they could sneak in without making the Big Ten championship game if their only loss was against Ohio State.

    ROLL TIDE ROLL BABY!!!

THE TIDE WILL BE ROLLING ONCE AGAIN THIS YEAR!!

Hurts is going to be not only a run threat but a deep threat this year. The RB core they have is unlike any other seen to this day with Najee Harris, Bo Scarbourugh, Josh Jacobs, and company. Along with Hand taking allen's spot. RELOAD BABY!!!

but i don't understand why FSU is rated so high. they are being given way too much credit. I hope they can hold their own against Bama come opening night!

Really wanna see Harbaugh actually do well for once. He's gotten so close and then just gets screwed everytime. would love to see some success form him for once.

i could go on and on about CFB. Love it

I always forget that they are adding Najee Haris at RB to.... That backfield is unreal. Really looking forward to FSU vs Bama week 1. Agree I hope FSU can keep it close but it could get ugly if FSU struggles to score.

Najee Harris will be nuts, wasn't he the #1 rated recruit last year? I can't say I'm surprised he went to Alabama.
