Busolini wrote i can see what you're saying. its rare for a star like him to leave a program like alabama with the potential playing time he will get. but then again, YOU NEVER KNOW
But it's been done alot before. That's my point. And, as a teenager, my mind changes alot. He may have wanted to play at Alabama last year but he could still switch.

That is true. College football is such a big sport nationally but you sometimes have to step back and realize they are all only 18-22 year olds.. a lot can go on outside if football that we don't see and people on social media go after these kids. It has happened a lot for Iowa over the years just this past year they had 3 kids from Texas decommit and a ton of fans were saying mean things to these kids but they are only 18 year olds and you have no idea what there life is like at home. Harris won't leave Bama unless something big comes up where he has to be closer to home for a family emergency.

Which is what I said. I think people take sports too seriously sometimes to be fair.

For sure I am defiantly a person that takes it seriously but I also realize especially college they are just kids. I don't care if people get upset and frustrated but I see people tweeting terrible things at the players and that's just stupid. They will make mistakes, they will have bad games. It is what makes college sports great you never know what will happen!

the people who are sh**ing on kids for changing schools are atrocious. I would never do that (not saying that you think i would. people do take it very seriously. I've seen it a lot down south (being from SC) and it just amazing that people who consider themselves adults act the way they do to KIDS. absolutely mind blowing. its entertainment for us and thats all that we should see it as.

the more pressing topic is the brutality that these kids are going through game in and game out. CTE is such a huge topic and an under spoken topic.

It's more of why I drifted from football to baseball, I'm still an avid hockey fan, have been for 10+ years (am 16), because CTE is so common in football players it's unreal. If I was a dual athlete, I'd definitely go with baseball. My opinion though. Just find baseball overall more entertaining after watching it for half the season last year and constantly this year. Amazing compared to football and the injuries in that sport.

being a hockey player (coming up on 17 years now ), its comforting to know that CTE isn't that much of a threat compared to football. yes i am aware that it's still there, but its not as serious. the thing that was eye opening for me was the higher i go in level of hockey, the less these guys care about their body. now finally playing NCAA hockey, i have never seen so many guys have a concussion, and not speak up or do something about it. as well as see trainers get so fooled by these players and allowing them to continue to play even though its obvious these guys are concussed. but it's like this across all collegiate sports sadly, or high level sports in general

That's because sports is just a business.
