Wondering if anyone else keeps having this issue on MWR PS4?? So i just closed my game on PS4 and loaded it back up. It now says i am prestige 13 level 31, when before i closed the game i was prestige 13 level 47?? It has done this every prestige ive gone through since the beginning of 2xp week. Anyone know how to fix it??

Sounds like a glitch is happening on the server.

I've only read about this problem happening on PS4. I think there's a problem with the matchmaking or something because it's super strange.

I would test this out but I dont have a ps4 but I can say this has happened to me on xbox one and all I did is just close the game. Load it up and play again. It saved my stuff and had no problem ever since

Sounds like the server not getting the info that is being sent from the console.

Like I have said. I dont have a ps4. You can try to keep playing the game and rank up. Thats all I can really say.

I would try tweeting at Call of Duty or the makers of the game with your problem and see if they've already read or heard of this problem.

It seems to be something on THEIR end.

I saw a post just like this a couple days ago where another user was having this same issue. I'm guessing there is a bug or something in the recent update or there is something going on with the servers which could be causing your stats to not save. You could try contacting support and see if they know what is going on.
