The fact that you fail to read is aggravating. And that isn't true.
Other servers are also good. Your post was kinda arrogant

Here is the fix!
Delete any old KV.bin!
Take your fresh unbanned kv and put it on a usb. Go into xex menu and copy the kv and paste it on the root of the hdd. Then remove the usb. Manually turn off. Then UNPLUG powerbrick from console for 10 seconds. Replug and reboot it's very important to follow step for step.

As the good story goes, Try it again. There is no way you deleted the KV off the HDD and added a completely new one. rebooted and it displayed the one that was DELETED..
You can spoof your og kv to another kv, by adding a kv.bin to the hdd.
You can also manually flash a new kv to your actual nand.
These are the only options and it's likely something is being done wrong.
If you delete the KV.bin you have now it would reflash your original kv since it is still the one built into your nand. unless you manually injected the kv into your nand via a flash tool on a pc. then reflashed your newly built updflash.bin with kv configured correctly, when you delete that kv it is gone for good. i would suggest trying again
