I had an Xbox 360 Slim edition. The date on the console is 2013-03-27. The power label says 12V 9.6A and the kernel version is 17502

2013-03-27
12V --- 9.6A
17502

I was wondering if I am able to RGH it?

yes its possible to be RGhed
not the easiest to do but it can be done,
may need a CR4
most can be done with ACEV3 cheaper to send it in
