How's it going guys, I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post in but I didn't find a video editing forum!

Anyways, I have had my RGH shop closed for a while and I closed it without notice because I didn't have time to announce it.. (traveling on business trip) I just need a small video in after effects, if your an editor you know what stroke is, I would want like a blue 30% transparent background infront of a nice background of the moon or mountains.. something nice. Back to the stroke, I would want a rectangle that builds itself and in the rectangle it says "closed till September!" Here is an example:

But I dont want it exactly like that, just change it up and make it look professional and nice. I can provide a donation as well.
