This has been on my computer since i got it, i have no clue what its for.
When i click on it it just says "access is denied".

Is this important? If not how do i remove it, through disk manager?

Yes, it just says stuff like Microsoft Word.....nothing relevant.

This has an explanation about what it is and what to do with it, better than my drunken ass will be able to explain right now. You mentioned your PC already has office on it, so chances are you don't want to delete the drive.

If you want to delete the drive, you'll be downloading a 3rd-party program called Revo Uninstaller to get rid of Microsoft Office completely; folder and files pertaining to Microsoft Office are wiped.
