Seen it across a lot of sites today.
Extremely important for us in the UK just as much as it is for people in the USA, it could have a massive affect on us in due time if it passes.
Extremely worrying, and I hope the protests across the internet today have a positive outcome.

Signed is last night when Reddit was posting it on their site. PCMasterRace was the biggest contender of the signing on Reddit last night. They're joining in too, so at least there's some great numbers coming in to help from that one subreddit alone.

I had this a few times and closed out of it as well because I thought it was a pop up. Thank you for those who found the external link.
I have signed it and passed it on to friends.

Like most users I just closed it as I thought it was an ad, If it helps the internet users out then I'll get sigining. Still not quite sure what it means though.

Basically, it allows companies to make your internet a sort of DLC or pay 2 win type deal.
It could be something such as " thetechgame.com is not in your internet service package, to upgrade your internet package to access this site call [xxx-xxx-xxxx] or visit [x]"
On the other hand they can do this; which Comcast and apparently Cox has started to do "You've hit your monthly 1 TB of usage, for $10 you can get an extra 50 GB, with prices increasing every time you go over your limit. To help you transition to these changes, the first 2 months will not impact your bill with over usage charges."
Edit: Over on Reddit, they gave a slight example of what it could look like.

I already did my part, signed it and also shared it on all my social media platforms.
Sad to see the FCC try to do this AGAIN. Normies, weebs, furries, and everybody on the Internet should stand up to this.
