I'm a 16 year old boy who has just finshes school, and has the change to do an apprenticeship in a Volkswagen garage for 3 years or I can go collage and study plumbing level 1 then go into level 2.
I'm very stuck in deciding! I need advice in which is the best and why? Please help any feedback is grateful.

I'd go with the apprenticeship at the Volkswagen garage. Everybody DOES need a plumber but also, all people need a mechanic.

Who knows? You might just get to work in a very good garage as a mechanic and make some good money. I believe a future in car mechanics could be brighter than being a plumber.

I think working in a garage has a lot more benefits and can lead to better opportunities then being a plumber. May I ask why those are your only two options tho??

why are you asking other people for help when this impacts your life?

You should be the one making a decision not us.

Because he might already be 97% sure of what he wants to do but might need other people's perspective.

I understand you need help deciding possibly one of the biggest choices in life, but you need to go with something YOU enjoy doing, not what others tell you.

However, a lot of places will actually let you go check out the programs they offer before actually signing up for them so you should go and check out each of the programs and see which one you like best.

I don't understand why people are saying these choices are like a life or death situation, its not.

I recently just got accepted for my apprenticeship, yesterday to be exact, and I'm over the moon.
This is in electrical installation engineering, reason being. I enjoy it.

So go with what you wanna do, but if you think you wanna change, then nothings stopping you !
