I have a 360 that can be modded rgh I think but it has been flashed does this mean it can't be rgh modded anymore??

It can still be modded. The flash just is the DVD drive

Probably best not to ( not to be rude) from the uk so shipping wi be a lot I think I'll go with monoxide from the UK

not being rude just thought if you were in the US Monoxide is a great place to send in if your in the UK

Yeah it can still be RGH'ed and I'd either go with Rodent or Monoxide. They are the most trusted console sellers here on site.
