Well I lost my debit card/someone stole it, I'm not even sure, but that's not the point. I had to get a new one and little did I know that it takes upwards of 3 weeks. I want to buy a ticket to the Jay-Z concert and pre-sale ends today. I am expecting prices to shoot up after today and the seat I want may not be available when I get my card back sometime next week. The only method of payment I have is my bank account linked with my Paypal, which Ticketmaster doesn't accept. If anyone has any solution to help me see Jay Z live, please let me know. Thank you.

Best thing you can do is use a friend or family's card. No other way or buy an after-sale ticket from someone. I'd recommend using a friend or family's card though they cant complain if you give them money in exchange for the same amount off their card.

Best thing to do would be to ask a family member or close friend if you could temporarily borrow the money.
