I like it because it has a lot of options that other menus don't.
Don't get me wrong Jiggy is really good as well.

From what I've read:

BO2: Jiggy Menu, Bossam
MW2, BO1: Destruction

Don't know about MW3, WAW and COD4, though.

Can't say I really have a favorite, back when I was modding I kinda just took the best mod menus and made my own out of them! Only stuck with Cod 4, WaW and MW2. Definitely was a lot of fun back then.
