wut... Ever since 9/11 packages that are shipped to America internationally are allowed to be open. First-Class International for the most part aren't open but I honestly doubt OP spent upwards of $150 for shipping. They can't really prove that it's counterfeit regardless without an authentic in their hand. Unless it states somewhere in the package.

Still doesn't mean it's illegal for them to search for through the package. If they've stopped counterfeits from this company before, it's safe to say they know it's a counterfeit. Based on what a few users have said, it's already a known counterfeit company, just makes it that much easier to catch onto them. Opening his package was 100% legal as it's international. If they've stopped counterfeit products from that company before, that's the companies fault, not customs. If anything, OP has a case against the company if they're promising it's the real thing but it's counterfeit; even then, doubt he's getting anywhere seeing how it's a Chinese company that I wouldn't doubt could just easily foreclose and pick up else where under a new name. Customs was in their right to do what they did.

2. what are you gonna do to a company in china? The chinese government couldent care less ( and neither does the company)
