Yes you can overclock this system, CPU and RAM - RAM though an XMP profile in BIOS - are all able to be overclocked.
Also if you haven't bought it yet; I would ditch the 1080 GPU if you're not playing on 4k or a 120 Hz+ 1440p monitor. A 1080 card on a 1080p monitor isn't using it to it's full potential at all. With the saved money, you could throw in an SSD.
