Tiempo wroteIf you make a new one and keep getting banned then it'll just end up with them giving you a console ban. If you're breaking their rules they have the rights to ban your account and you're purchasing games through there service also. Next time don't do something that gets you banned and this won't happen.Bellamy wroteTiempo wrote-Simplicity wrote
There is no way to get any of those games back. Once your account is banned, everything on there is gone for good. That's why you shouldn't do anything wrong on any main accounts.

You must've gotten banned for doing something wrong, they don't just ban people just because. You break the rules, you suffer the consequences.
It's a little too much to take away games. They own the account, they don't own the content purchased.
You don't get perma banned the first time so clearly you had a warning.
By suspending you the first times should've given a wake up call that breaking rules isn't okay.
But you continued to do so, and received a ban. Truly it's no ones responsibility or fault. Just yours.
Might as well give a warning before you buy a digital game. Honestly I could care less about an account. Why ban an account when you can just make a new one and repeat the same actions? Might as well give a warning saying "buying this game digital, spending $60, and you get banned, we finessed yo cash!"

It doesn't matter if you paid for them or not.. clearly you got a ton of chances to not get banned and you kept doing stupid shit. Microsoft doesn't deserve to give you those games back and they won't, regardless if you spent that much money or not.

I went through the same thing man, I was perma banned for communications, lost over a thousand because everything I bought was digital....
There is one thing that might work, very slim chance but if you dispute the ban on the enforcement team website and tell them it wasn't you doing whatever you got banned for, they might buy it and lift the ban.
If that doesn't work, it's gone for good

I was banned for communications. Lost a lot of money.
No one should ever lose money for talking.
Honestly, they shouldn't even ban people for talking shit, that's ridiculous

Why is everyone just being captain hindsight here? Yes he shouldn't have got banned but taking away all his games seems odd and unfair. Especially since if he bought the disc version he wouldn't have this issue, so why is it different for digital? I would have thought you should still be allowed play the games offline on your banned account at least? You should definitely contact Microsoft

He can still use the games offline.
Contacting Microsoft would waste his and their time.
And just saying.. if he would've made the account his home Xbox (Xbox one) or license transferred (Xbox 360) he could still play all these games. I'm using digital version of a game that was purchased on my permanently banned account.

Tiempo wrotedoes anyone know a way to get your games back on an account that was banned on your Xbox? my Xbox account was banned due to some minor, rather stupid reasons; therefore, I had lost many of my digital downloaded games. unfortunately, I had spent over $300 on all my games. But what I don't understand is why just take money that your customer rightfully earned to buy a game.
I had the same thing happen but it was my own fault.
I learned my lesson and I try to follow all the rules.
I suggest having a account just to play on and a second account just to buy games on.( so if you get suspended or banned on the one you play on only, you won't lose everything.

This is why if I possible I always buy the physical copies of games, anything could happen to your account so why risk losing a fun game you'd have to repurchase. I hope you get all your content back somehow but until then like many users have said its highly unlikely you will unless you call up or what have you.
