So i have an xbox account that i have £7 on, and when i go to purchase Xbox Live , there is no option to spend it, it only shows up my credit cards ,and when it did appear to use the £7 It was transparent and i couldnt select it, if anyone has any idea how i can fix this i would really apprieciate it

Unfortunately you can't use xbox credit to pay for memberships as it's a subscription, the only way to buy gold is either pre-paid code or credit/debit card

Pretty sure you can only use the Xbox credit to buy games and DLC
