Because:

1. Noob tubes only get 2 shots.
2. Noob Tubes go slower than bullets.
3. Noob Tubes have a slower Rate of fire.
4. Close range = no kill unless you direct impact them.
5. Snipers can shoot through walls.
6. Snipers are more accurate.
7. Sleight of hand makes you zoom in WAY too fast.

they are not taking out quickscoping, they are taking out sleight of hand. asshole.

you dont need slight of hand to quick scope if you do then thats just sad, quick scope the legit way MW2 = no slight of hand. CoD 4 = Reg scope. WaW = cant really quickscope?

Your mostly right but check again they didnt take sleight of hand pro out the made it to where it dosent effect snipers
