Does anyone think they will add maps from newer Modern Warfare games (Ex. Terminal from Modern Warfare 2) to the Remastered with the release of pre-existing DLC maps?

I have to assume they have something planned or why wait to release DLC that the game offered on the 360.

To be honest I hope they don't add new maps or new guns. It's a remaster people but the devs are working more on this game than IW it seems. I miss the og cod 4

IW is just a mock-up of Bo3 so I would rather see efforts put towards MWR anyway, we all did pay 79.99 for a 7 year old game I'm sure most like me don't even touch IW. New guns would be gross but I would enjoy some new maps or at least the exciting DLC.

You're psychic. But I will say that I think this is Call of Duty's subtle way of saying that they don't even have plans to make a MW2 remaster just yet.

A French video game retailer posted a DLC map pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and quickly took it offline before anyone could see. Unfortunately, the internet never forgets and neither do the folks with screenshot happy trigger fingers.

A Redditor found the map pack prior to the map pack being removed and another Redditor grabbed an image of the DLC post, which has been translated and transcribed below:

Palace: A remake of the MW2 fan favorite map Estate, brings players to a luxurious walled off palace in the middle east.

Terminal: A remake of the MW2 fan favorite map Terminal, brings players to a Russian airport terminal.

Skyscraper: A remake of the MW2 fan favorite map Highrise, brings players to the roof of a newly build skyscraper in the middle east.

Boundary: A remake of the MW3 fan favorite map Dome, brings players to the Russian, Finnish border in a snowy re-imagining of Dome

According to the retailer's post, the map pack will be available on August 1st on PlayStation 4. Activision has not confirmed the map pack, nor have they revealed it yet.

Not sure how true this is!!!

You're are probably right, although I hope you're not.
