I would recommend something like this instead. Ryzen 7 1700 stock cooler would suffice. But you could take off the HDD to get a Cryorig H7 or CM 212.

Even when gaming, the Ryzen 7 1700 doesn't exactly underperform. The Ryzen 7 1700 has better minimal frame rates, and falls a little behind in maximum frames. But apart from that, the averages should be pretty similar. The Ryzen 7 1700 has a boat load of more compute power for general tasks. Whether it's rendering, streaming, content creation, the Ryzen 7 1700 is pretty good if you can afford it. But if you want to save money, the Ryzen 5 1600 isn't lacking either.

Should i get 1x8gb stick? I want to cut down the cost a bit and 16 vs 8 doesnt seem to make a huge difference for now, but I might upgrade later.

My budget for the PC is like max 1300 EUR / 1500 USD / 1150 GBP - Depending on where you're from, but my currency is EUR.
I am thinking about getting a 1440p monitor later.
I will buy a keyboard.
Main use will be for gaming AAA titles like Witcher 3, Fallout 4, etc.

Didn't recommend a GPU due to the market for the 580/1060/1070 prices are all over the place due to mining.

Look around on ebay, or on reddit for used cards. You can usually find 980/980tis for ~250 or look around, and find some fairly priced RX 580's/GTX 1060's for around retail ~200-240.

As far as monitor goes, a good choice would be the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] is a nicer 27" monitor, and 1440p as you mentioned.

You can opt for a single stick of ram, i mean 8GB is perfectly fine, it's just nice to have 16GB for more intensive games/engines. The stock Ryzen cooler is fine for overclocking not that you need too with the boost on this anyways. If you really wanted too you could opt for aftermarket cooler, but this is perfectly fine for most uses.

If you really wanted you could get the 1080 it would be just fine in this.
