So I have horrible internet and it is depressing. I can barely watch YouTube videos and can only play like one game. I have a question and hope someone is good in this field to answer it.

My internet provider says the reason why I have slow internet is because of my long driveway while everyone else around me has decent internet. I thought of a solution to increase my speed and what to see if its possible at all. If I started my connection and the beginning of my driveway it had wired all the down to my house, would that work? Far fetched but its the only option I have.

Also, I am paying 40 a month for 768 Kbps and I don't even get that majority of the time.

That's so awful I would either get a different internet provider, or just get a Verizon hotspot.

Here in the UK, we would read through what the package includes and compare it to other providers, then call the current provider, telling them of the issues you are facing and how you've seen another deal with another company which you feel would be much better and you will leave and join them if they don't improve the speeds or reduce the cost.

The shitty thing about America:

There's no law preventing ISPs strangling their customers

Just come to the UK haha

That's pretty shitty to experience, myself have a crap internet sped. I can only do certain things with my internet. It's where I live my provider said I live in a dip - in a village so my internet is pretty wack. I would go for another internet provider if you can't watch YT videos and you can't hardly play.
