what stealth server are you using, that'll most likely be the reason because it has bad Ban Bypasses.

Change your KV and you'll get back online, but don't use the ban bypass beacuse xbOnline should have one.

As others have stated, the only way to be able to play BO2 again is to buy a new KV. After you change KVs, make sure you have a good bypass or the same thing will continue to happen.
