What all do you need? (keyboard, mouse, speakers, ETC)
What software do you plan on using, all act differently with rendering.

$500 would stretch it enough to barely make it a decent gaming PC, with the way prices are for GPUS.

I plan on using Photoshop, Illustrator, Sony Vegas, OBS, and Elgato Game Capture Software
How much would you recommend I spend on it? Ill spend more if I have to. Im just not wanting to drop $1k on a PC I wont mainly use for gaming.

You can add in a HDD, cheaper now then usual. A 1-2TB should be fine for editing. I would strongly suggest waiting a while for Ryzen 3 to drop (guaranteed better for editing).

The GT 1030 is a good card for the price, i mean you could look around on ebay/craigslist/reddit for better cards at slight price increase sometimes. The g4560 will be fine for light editing don't expect extremely fast render times.

EDIT: forgot to mention, ASK wherever you get the motherboard from to update it.

Thank you a lot, I won't be doing like movie edits or anything so I won't expect a lot lol. My current computer is garbage & a waste of $300. It can't do anything. I can't wait to have this, thank you again!

With your intended uses, you'd be much better off going Ryzen. Ryzen 3 isn't far off and should be priced similar to i3's(on the lower end).

Motherboards not great, but you'd get a pretty poor motherboard if you went with the Pentium G4560 as well anyway. It would be worth spending an extra $25 for a nice B350 chipset motherboard with Ryzen IMO. I've added an R5 1400 but price is what I expect the lower end R3 to cost(R3 1200 I think). Only got a 120GB SSD in there, which is fine for OS and a game or two but you'll want to add an HDD asap. AFAIK RX 550>GT 1030 so I'd get the RX 550 IF I was getting a GPU that low end. However, I'd really recommend spending the extra $20 or so for a GTX 1050, it's 100% worth it. You can get a white and/or windowed version of the case instead of black with no window, if you wish.
