if a user gets enough reports on xb1 they dont look at that shit, they just enforce.
made a fresh account, played a week, got my friends to spam me with reports and was suspended for 14 days

Got reported for calling someone bad at BO3 (in game voice chat) then got comm banned. My exact words were "God, you're bad at this game. Camping up top with a Dingo..." I remember this so clearly because after that I went to bed then got back on the next day and was randomly banned, so I checked my messages and the same guy I called bad said this- "Have fun getting banned. Just had me and a few of my friends report you."
Anyway, the moral of the story is, don't speak freely on Xbox ever and you won't have any problems.

The Xbox Live enforcement team is ridiculous. A person and a few friends could all team up and send reports on one person and they'll immediately think it's real due to the fact that a select number of people reported you, even if you did absolutely nothing that breaks the rules.
They try so hard to "keep the Xbox community" clean without really doing any research behind their enforcements; it seems to me that they hand out their bans. And appealing the bans? Don't even try to do anything about them, make a new account and move on. Appeals never (1/1000 chance you might actually get them to overturn a stupid enforcement) work.

I find it hard to believe that a ban was issued for playing as a certain character. Like others have said, that's like receiving a ban for playing a call of duty match using only a shotgun camping in a corner and getting banned for it. How you choose to play the game is entirely up to you. If the user was not using voice chat at all, and wasn't sending any vulgar messages, there are no grounds for a ban.
