Soooo I got communication banned a while back And it's way past the day it was supposed to be lifted but for some reason I'm still banned and I can't send any messages on Xbox, nor can I send invites or accept any on 360.

You should see if your account has a temporary ban if so see how long it'll last and time it was issued. If you were communication banned at 10:47pm you will be unbanned on whatever date it is at 10:47pm worst case scenario call or chat with Xbox customer support on their website good luck.

If this doesn't work, in short measures you could always contact customer support. Not guaranteed, but they've been a big help involving issues with ban help, bugs, and all of that.
