Because I might have shitty FPS on CS:GO sometimes I was just wondering are there any performance things you can install for increase of FPS?

Nothing you install will assist you in getting better frames in any game, other than installing new parts to your computer.

Like -bLinD- has said above, you will not benefit from any software when trying to increase your frame rate. However, take a look at [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] video from Tech Yes City. He goes though most of the procedures of disabling all of the Windows 10 telemetry, disabling background processes and overall improving performance within Windows.
By no means will this improve your frame rate by ten fold, however it's a good place to start. If you still require more frame rate, your only other option will be upgrading your system.

Not sure if your issue has be happening for a long time but I do know CSGO has been having performance issues since the new update... Might just be that.

I used Malwarebytes and got rid of all the rubbish o my PC which helped, then factory reset it. But I get 60 frames on like a 1v1 with my friend, online I just hit about 30..

i either didn't run anything else while playing CS or uninstalled anything that i wasn't using. that seemed to help my FPS issue.
