Now that I think about it, I agree with everyone who disagreed with my post
We all do start from somewhere, not everyone is the best at modding.
It's like school, kindergarten is where people starting learning and as they move up the grade system, they gather more information
Thanks for helping me realize that, hope to see you all around the TTG forums
and don't flame me for any questions I have .....

Personally I dont know a whole lot about a RGH but I know my basics . but Im ordering a console anyways, why? Because I know it's something I definitely wanna do and get good at. Sure I may ask a couple dumb questions about it but hey now I know
Now I do agree if you don't know one da** thing about it then maybe watch a couple YouTube vids to boost ur knowledge. But overall Modding should be open to any who supports and understands some of the basics even with some dumb questions along the way

I actually happen to be purchasing my first RGH, I know a good amount about modding and stuff but this opened my eyes, I should do more research.

I was a noob modder as well when I got my RGH. Sure, I looked at Modded Warfare's videos and browsed through the forums to answer any of my questions. It's always good to ask questions when in doubt about something; for example, whenever an update pops up on an RGH. You freak out because you don't know if you might brick your console or if it's just a stupid avatar update.
The least an experienced modder can do is help new modders in need. I can understand that it might get annoying to see the same basic questions asked over and over again but it's a part of being a member of a community with new members pouring in day in and day out. Lending a helping hand to new modders is a feels good man, no need to call them "retards" or "stupid".

I changed my forum post.
I didn't mean to call them retards, but it's just annoying to see the same question over and over again

Dude I feel you. I hate it soo much. Like I've explained the same thing to several different people and it's like I'm just repeating myself everyday

Defy_ wrote Ok so now that I've read some opinions, I going to reword this topic
I see people asking about how to change a KV or change a mod menu, I just feel like it should been research before purchasing an RGH.
Yes good point you got there, but you've been there so don't arbitrate someone that is maybe new. Help them out. Share your answers with them. Simple things for experienced hoster's like myself could be a challenge for the new non-experienced people. That's my thought anyways.

maDz wrote You were a "new modder" one time. Someone had to spread their knowledge to you, so you shouldn't mind spreading yours to them.
Completely agree.
Regardless, I respect your opinion on the matter. But maDz has a point.
What better way to learn than to ask someone who has experience?
Doesn't hurt to help someone out every once in awhile.

Defy_ wrote True, but it would be better for the new modders to not buy a Pre-Loaded RGH and to just get an empty HDD and learn how to setup everything themselves
Exactly what i'm doing although i may ask a few questions probably via PM's i will spend most my time on youtube researching
