I can try to look into this. I doubt I'll be able to do much... could spook the owners on telling them their ip and telling them their location ;) just give me their gt so I can get the ip.

Sorry to say but since they changed it to a outlook email there is no way to access the account after they changed everything. It happened to me a few years ago and it sucks man and im sorry. But if ive learned anything its that you always watch who you give your account info to. And because its a outlook email it can only be accessed by knowing the password.

Call up Xbox and give them your original Console ID that the account was created on.

OG accounts that were "hacked" probably fell prey to phishing.

They most likely use data bases that of account people log onto and use their email and passwords from there it's pretty confusing and sp00k your best bet is just make a new account sorry that had to happen bro just be more safe with your information and add 2 step verification to log on. Phishing is the way that kind of stuff happens. This is why account recovery services should only be done by people who are trusted by the community

Most likely they werent hacked, they were taken from people that gave out their account information. As Library said.
