Okay guys so before I start I would like to start but saying I am not asking for any sort of modded services this is purely a question in a section I'm interested in.

I've noticed that most modded services on black ops these days are done via recovery, where is all the good old fashioned XP lobbies gone?

Is modding via a lobby still possible in Black ops and if so why are they not done as much? I have maybe over 10 friends I play with that play black ops and It seems XP lobbies are a big demand but are so hard to find why is this?

Haven't played in a while. Black ops 1 just isn't a popular game anymore. For xp can't you do the team tac glitch ?

Yes, Black Ops 2 XP lobbies are still a thing; just extremely pointless for now. Seeing as how the remote recovery method is still intact and kicking, there's really no point in joining an XP lobby when you could get it done for a few bucks and not have to go through all the "process" it takes to join an XP lobby.

Most people who host XP lobbies are streaming on YouTube, that's basically the only place I've seen people actually hosting those. There are a few users around the Forums who sometimes host those lobbies but the BO2 modding community is much more inclined to doing co-hosts and selling recoveries.

(I hope you're talking about Black Ops 2 modding.)

If I remember correctly XP lobbies only stick when in Demo and your the host backing out, it'll stick. Though I can't remember exactly.

If it is Black Ops 1, same principle still aplies; just that there's no remote recovery method on there but people still go on Team Tactical using that "Theater" XP glitch.

Yes, they do. There are a few videos on YouTube that explain exactly how to do it; it's super easy and it isn't that much of a hassle to get a hang of how to do it.
