As XeReviver said above. You cannot sell preloaded HDDs due to piracy. The HDD would have to be completely wiped clean. The only thing it can come with is Xex Menu, Dashlaunch, FSD, Aurora.

Yeah Sorry Ill Completely Delete Everything From It And Make Sure That It Only Has XEX Menu Dashlaunch, FSD. Can It Have A KV On It To?

Yes. It can have a KV on it, that isn't considered piracy.
