Not sure about that, just thinking of building a pc, seeing if these parts were good. I am not that familiar with it.

Just kidding of course but, I think your joking. With the prices you would pay for these components I would expect them to be more than good for gaming.

drop Optane, go for higher speed RAM and an SSD.

We don't know your currency so if you were looking for us to recommend or change anything that isn't really possible. We don't know your power supply, we don't know your case (monitor, ETC)

Other then that i would personally go with Ryzen since it has matured a good bit since the release.
