So I used to be really into PC builds and picking parts, then went away at the time of the Ryzen launch. So I don't really know how good they turned out to be and whether they topped intel.

Long story short : I need help picking a build, with a £550 budget. I'll be using it for gaming , mainly tf2 , JC and battlefield 1. I have a mouse , but I need a keyboard monitor and all other parts. Ideally can it stick with a general black / white colour theme, a backlit keyboard is nice but not a priority with my budget. Thanks!

Forgot to add - don't include the OS I'll be buying windows 10 64 bit seperately.

Also, speakers for the monitor are not necessary. I already have a speaker but if you know of a decent cheap pair (£30 or less?) that follow the colour scheme let me know! This isn't include in the £550 budget

so over the last seven months, of posts and recommendations you're asking again?

Budget currency?
Overclocking?
What KIND of monitor do you want? (ultrawide, 4k, 1440p, 1080p, ETC)

Past seven months? I've been away for the ttg for a good couple of months. My currency is £'s as stated in the title (sorry , i shouldve made it clearer) as for the monitor, 1080p is fine thanks. Overclocking wise - If my budget permits than yes, I'll overclock.

Get a nice ultrawide, or high refresh rate 1080p monitor, LG suffices a good ultrawide for around £130 right now.

As far as GPU you can go with the 1050 ti, but look around on ebay/reddit and look around for older/modern GPUs. (The GTX 980,/970 will be fine. The RX 580/480 IF you can find one would be good as well. r9 290(x) don't pay more then £190-250 IMO)

You can pick up the GTX 1060 3GB model for fairly priced £180-90 right now, and still manage within budget with a cheap monitor.

Only issue i have with this power supply is the fan is a bit louder then i'd like, but only spins heavily when under load.
