From the looks of it, it seems to be a good computer, but with that CPU and GPU, I doubt you will get 60+ FPS on most new games with High/Ultra Settings, I would recommend Getting a Intel I7 6700k Skylake, And at minimum a 1070, I have a 1080ti Founders Edition, and I'm only pushing 200+ FPS on High, and what I mean by only 200+ is my other setup pushes 600-700+ FPS on ultra (Dual Titan X's), but other than that you will get a solid 50-60 FPS maybe a little more on some games, not all though

No, it's not good. It's overpriced, with a shitty PSU and a pretty crappy case. It also does not have an SSD, which is pitiful. You don't need a "minimum" of a GTX 1070, a high end GPU, that's just moronic. You also don't need a high end CPU, like an i7, especially considering an R5 1600 will perform similarly anyway, is cheaper, and has more cores/threads.

If you want help, you need to give us information to work with.

We know your budget and currency is £900-1000.
What games will you be playing?
What programs/applications will you be using, if any?
Will you overclock?
Any preferred aesthetic(colour scheme, side panel window, LEDs, etc)?
What monitor(s) will you be using with this system?

OP does not need a minimum of an i7-6700k or a 1070; especially if he's playing on a 1080p monitor. The 1070 is a 1440p card and can be argued as a 4k entry card. If you're comparing SLI Titan X to a 1080 Ti, stating there's roughly a 400 FPS difference between the two - at what I'm assuming is 1080p or even 1440p, then your card is either shitting out or you don't know what you're talking about. A lot of games don't support SLI, do it poorly or even make your FPS worse. I have such a hard time believing that your 1080 Ti is getting "200+ FPS" on high settings only while an SLI Titan X is getting "600-700+ FPS" on ultra settings. Nice meme tho. I have 1070 SLI right now, both OC'ed and I am willing to bet that once I jump on the Kingpin 1080 Ti, that one card will blow both these cards out of the water for 4k and 144 Hz 1440p gaming. Sure, the 1070 SLI is weaker than a Titan X SLI, but your numbers were pulled right out of your ass.
