I was wondering which were good PC's to play League of Legends and CSGO with high fps but on a low budget around 300$ Don't want something fancy just something good to play on but since I don't know much about PC's I don't really know what to buy if y'all know any let me know thank you

We would need to know some more details such as, do you already have a monitor, mouse and keyboard or are they included in the budget? Same with Operating system.
If all this is included in the budget you may have a hard time getting it all.

Motherboard is overpriced, case is overpriced, CPU makes no sense.

You're not going to do much without a GPU but you're not really getting a dedicated GPU with such a tight budget. So this is the best you'll do for your budget, you can add a dGPU later when you have some more money.

If you were fine pushing the budget to 400, or just shy, you could guarantee a decent entry level Ryzen system.
If you don't want to push the budget up any, go for the build above my post.
