Well not really
All I need is the nand x and the ace v3
i already have the console, soldering gun, flux, and the tools to take the console apart.
Umm yes really, a nand x is around $40 and the chip is $5-$6 your gonna be spending around the same ammount for a send in which is $50 from streamah i belive so i would go with him to prevent damaging your console

By sounds of it you haven't done much research/don't really know what you are doing if you are having to ask what materials you need.
A nand x and a ace v3 will cost you about £40 unless you are ordering from China.
It costs £50 for a send in service for someone to do it for you. I would say it would be worth spending the extra £10 and getting it done by someone who knows what they are doing.

Nand x or jr programmer or matrix nand reader. You can use a Rev C. Use normal timing files from runner. Since this is your first one. Better to get the feel for it. Before you have to. Reprogram a Ace V3. My boottimes are just as good if not better with a Rev.C. Then a AceV3. Proved this many times over and over.
