There's no way acquiring an RGH will help you get that account back; you were banned on Xbox Live, not on a game that has a bypass (like Black Ops 2 and such).

That's why you never get something like a mod menu on a main account, it's an extremely high risk to do so and there's 99.9% chance that the account is gone forever, sorry to tell you.

I highly doubt they banned you for no reason. Something as little as gamerscore modding can get you banned. Exploiting ant hacks or anything. You must have done something, no?

Bans aren't always given out right away. This could be from something you did months ago. To answer your question though, no there is no way to unban your account.
