So I booted my PC up today and saw something called uninstall.exe on recently installed apps. I think it's a virus. I ran Malwarebytes and my Webroot, but they found nothing. Can someone help me figure this out?

It's probably just the uninstall files for something that you recently installed. Try right click and open file location to see where it is.

Oh it lead to OBS studio. So does that mean it's not a virus and I'm dumb? lol

Not dumb, common misconception. Most things come with an uninstall exe. I suggested uninstalling it to see where the files lead where you found to be OBS. Glad it's nothing serious.

Uninstalling a program using the Control Panel should be the same as manually running "uninstall.exe" in the program directory. Some programs will create start menu shortcuts for the uninstallers when they are installed.
If you run the uninstaller manually from the program directory, though, uninstallation may not run with the parameters needed. None of the programs installed on my computer do this, but the developer can pass parameters to the uninstaller program here:
Just an explanation of what you're seeing, why it's there, and why not every program has one.
