I've seen people with so many beta codes , how do you get them? Is there a method anyone cant tell me about? Tried amazon didnt get any codes.

I used the Amazon method to get my beta code, its always worked for me but sometimes you have to wait two days to receive the codes. Other than that I don't really know any other methods.

Can you just cancel the order straight away? I just pre ordered mine off amazon then cancelled straight away... or do you have to wait until you receive the code before you cancel?

Because you're to slow, and as far as I'm aware you're no longer able to pre-order on Amazon, without actual legit information? I could be wrong but.. if anyone else posts about them I'll be dropping more.

Just watch within this prefix, if I post on a WWII post, it'll usally contain a code please do NOT PM ME I've been getting spammed with people asking me for codes, you'll receive a fair chance like everyone else, who ever gets the code from the post first will get the code..
