Just started having this problem today. Was working fine yesterday. Basically, when you launch the BO2 default_mp.xex from FSD, Aurora, or Xbox 360 Neighbourhood, it just goes to a black screen and either displays a "No Signal" message on my TV, restarts the cosnole, or freezes the console entirely. I've already tried deleting all the files in my BO2 directory and replacing them with new ones, but it didn't work. This does not happen with any other CoD or any other game for that matter. What should I do?
EDIT: Many hours later, I got it working. I had to resort to copying the files from my disc version of BO2 and it eventually worked.

I can't because my internal memory where it's located displays as "Unformatted". It doesn't show up anywhere on my console.

I don't know how to fix that. I don't feel like I should just format it because I think it'll muck up the console.

It's not my removable hard drive, though. It's my internal 4GB memory unit that's showing up as "Unformatted".

Okay, just got it formatted and all. Now, attempting what xVert told me to do, it still does not work. I still get the same thing happening as before.
