I don't know anything about computers, but when I play wow it will sometimes get sluggish, choppy, and freeze. Is this a RAM issue or processor issue? thanks

My specs:
Processor: 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

WoW minimum requirements:
Processor: Intel Core i5-750
Memory: 4 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M or
ATI Radeon HD 4850 or Intel HD Graphics 5000

as long as you reduce the quality settings you should be able to run it perfectly fine, I can run it good to and my PC is dying slowly Just find the settings that work for you and you'll be fine!

Graphics is the main issue. You're using the iGPU instead of a dedicated GPU. You won't be running the game at max settings at max resolution with integrated graphics.

Also what i7 do you have? I'm assuming the i7-2820QM but where you got your specs from was too vague with the name.

RAM is "fine" but definitely something that should be upgraded to 8GB eventually.

I'm assuming this is a laptop, which makes upgrading a pain. You won't be able to play WoW at smooth frames unless you really lower the settings and even then, don't expect much or you'll only frustrate yourself. Your best bet (if this is a laptop) is to save some money up and then build a desktop.

Id say use GeForce Experience, it'll automatically optimize it for you

Can't use GeForce Experience to optimise games when he doesn't even have a dedicated GPU, let alone a Nvidia GPU...
