so ive been going gym for like 2 months now, after like 1 month and a half i was suddenly able to lift ALOT more than i used to, however im starting to struggle with the heavy weights i was able to lift, ive had a rest ect however that didnt really do anything. any tips on how to get ur body to work 100% without being a hassle, thanks

Well I suppose its different for everybody, but for me it would take at least 6 months of hard training to get back to my normal routine and lifting the same weights as I use too, but as I said this is just for me. Its just time man, keep going at it, and you will be there in no time I'm sure of it.

Just remember every week is different sometimes you might feel tired etc on one day and not lift as much as the prior week which is OK. I would make sure you just keep adding weight as long as your form isnt hindered. Use isolation and other secondary lifts to help with your main compound movements. If it's your first two months lifting you won't platue as long as you have a decent lifting program.

Make sure your diet and water intake is good, as well as your rest. Taking care of your body is key for proper performance.

im on the football team and ive been getting a lot stronger and gained quite a bit of weight on a pretty bad diet acutally but i always drink water
