Have you tried to boot without plugins maybe your stealth server is down. I also had a HHD that got corrupted and it took 15 minutes to boot and when I finally got on it was really slow and so i formatted the drive and it was fine.

If you really haven't done any updates or anything like you said, there should be no reason why it doesn't even boot until xell. It might have nothing to do with your console not booting up. I recently got my spare console done and it's a Corona as well and I noticed the boot times on it aren't that great. Fastest boot time I've gotten was about 10 seconds and sometimes it can take up to a minute, but I've heard a couple people say that their console (Corona) sometimes takes 2-3 minutes to boot up if the seller didn't really know what he was doing. If it takes longer than that, I just unplug and power on again and it'll boot within about 10-15 seconds. Try powering it on and just waiting a couple minutes to see if it boots up.

First off the chip glitches ever 5 seconds. I would check all your tv connections and try to boot again. If doesn't then remove the hard drive and try to boot
