The game opens so you have the license, and this worked for BO3 and IW as well

You probably could, just create an account with Singapore/Hong Kong as the region (select Eng language) on your PS4, then search Call of Duty on the store. I used a PC in this tutorial because that's just how i do it every year

the reason I asked is I kept just getting an error.

then when going to use the same email address to create an account again it said the email was already used.

when then trying to sign into that email on the website I got the same error?

ill just try on the console and hopefully that will work.
