Keep getting blue screen on windows 10, even when nothing is running. Contacted PC specialist tech support, they got me to re-install windows. Still carried on blue screening after that.
Possible hardware problem? Any advised or anyone else got this?

If it was a good clean install of windows, yes its hardware. My bet is the motherboard, but im just guessing cus I don't know the error code or what is happing when it crashes. In case if its the ram(and have more that one stick), put them all out and try one at a time. Or you could run a bootable ram test, which ever you prefer. Lastly, is your hard drive making any ticking or any abnormal noises?

There are multiple error codes usually different every time, sometime i leave the PC idle for a few mins and it will crash, or just using it for general browsing & spotify it does too.
Never had any problems whilst playing games though?

I have shown PC specialist & they have checked event viewer through remote access. They provide no error info every time either which is unusual

Support is often times lousy, and easily regarded with common issues, they know some not everything. Like others said, just open it up see if any capacitors are busted, or bloated, see if you smell a blue smoke.
Are you overclocked? If so try setting it back to stock settings and see if that works (windows has been known to throw plenty of errors if something is right).

Haha I know support is lousy sometimes as ive done it myself as a job. But this is my first experience of a custom PC and windows 10, Ill have a look inside it later & if nothing is wrong ill try a factory reset ( even though its annoying having to re-install all games for a 3rd time) Cheers for the advice. Ill keep post updated.
