So I got coil whine on my new graphics card idk why and honestly don't know if it is not good just wondering, I have a 750 corsair power supply, some friends said it could be power supply, it seems to happen at any quality medium or higher. Please help.

One can't fix coil whine at all. Try and play with VSYNC on / off and see if that helps your issue.
Thats the only "fix" that I've really seen worked.
Else, you can RMA your GPU / PSU but it's quiet hard to send it back for coil whine since there isn't actually anything wrong with the units.

Also. You have to be extremely lucky to find a GPU that doesn't coil whine. I've certainly never had one.
