when youtubers do videos like Fifa 18 career mode concept or Fifa 18 kit creator concept videos how do they do it what software's do they use and when they do things like top 50 Fifa 18 players and they have the new cards and stuff if anyone can do it and knows the software let me know thanks

usually they will have graphic designers that will design a whole new concept of Ultimate Team or Career Mode. this can take days to complete and is no easy task to revamp a whole outlay of a game

To be honest if wouldn't be that hard, just use photoshop to edit a picture of fifa and use an editing software to place the county flag and the square pattern effect over the top or them rectangles that he has in the video. As for the fireworks as stuff in the background, you will probably need some sort of plugins... maybe try youtubing how to do the fireworks.
