Just wondering if MW3 unlock all lobbies unlock pro perks.

Nope, they will all automatically be pro. I know this because I did a unlock all with a throwaway level 1 account to see if it got banned or not. (I'm paranoid af)

I'm not sure if all unlock all options are the same when it comes to doing it through lobbies, but most of the ones I've seen max out everything except for some titles and some perks.

Not true, Most menus That unlock all only unlock some perks to ----- PRO

You will not get - Extreme conditioning PRO
- Assasin PRO
- or Sitrep PRO

few more but cant recall exactly.
