I don't do graphic design but to me this is pretty clean. I would vote a 8/10 to be 100% honest.

Change the font and fix the perspective on the box and it should look way better. If you want 3D make the side text 3D or make the soldier a workpath and extrude nurbs in cinema 4D, but I would leave the logo flat.

The design definitely has some potential, but I would probably scrap the current piece and use pieces from it to complete a newer version. Some key points of interest in changes should be:

I have taken the liberty to do the anti-aliasing for you, and removed the dark grey pixels around the edges. I would go for a more serious look for the overall design, font, background, logo orientation, everything. I would alternate between a thicker version of a specific font to a lighter version of a font with the "We got your 6IX" text. Perhaps something like this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
As for the blur in the bottom left hand corner, and top right hand corner, it appears as though there's a sort of bleed into the background. I simply wouldn't do a Gaussian blur there. If you've done that due to not wanting to stretch the background, simply use the clone tool in your respective GNU program to fill in the lighter spaces with the surrounding textures.
I would also remove the Hexagon shape you've implemented behind the "6IX" logo, and simply keep said logo.
As for a new font, you can find one via one of these links:

- Anti-aliasing on the edges of the soldier's silhouette
- Correct (or remove) the Gaussian blur in bottom left and top right hand corners.
- Remove the Hexagon shape.
- Different font for the text.
- Different background (perhaps a texture).
