Hello, I currently have a gta v account with 200+mill and level 420 on one character and 36 or sum on the other. On the level 420 account it did not finish the online tutorial so I am unable to buy anything (houses cars ect) I need help getting to the cyprass flats mission or something like that. Does anyone know how to proceed when this happens
